Hank has been successfully providing property development and asset management services in the government sector space since 1990. During his career, Hank has delivered and managed more than 30 buildings, advising on equity and debt finance, project feasibility, site selection, planning, design, construction and asset management.

Adam has been with Castlerock since 2003 and is a key figure in the company’s growth. As a leader in development and acquisitions, he brings extensive experience in property management and funds, helping drive Castlerock’s strategic vision.

Focusing on development and acquisitions, Adam has overseen the successful purchase and development of over 40 commercial properties across Australia. Many of these assets continue to deliver strong returns for investors today. His deep industry knowledge and ability to foster strong relationships allow him to consistently achieve aligned outcomes for clients, driving success in both property development and funds management.

A passionate leader, Adam’s commitment to excellence ensures investor success. He fosters collaboration and encourages his team to deliver detailed, thorough analysis on all projects, setting a new standard in property development and management.

Jason brings experience in funds management, property development and property finance, having worked for Macquarie Bank in Sydney, KordaMentha in Melbourne, Legal & General Investment Management in London and more recently with Castlerock. Jason holds bachelor’s degrees in Commerce and Engineering.

Aaron Ballenger serves as Castlerock’s Director of Projects, overseeing the Design and Construction teams. Under his leadership, the team is dedicated to delivering strong design solutions that transition seamlessly into high-quality construction, maintenance, and performance outcomes.

Aaron manages all technical responsibilities, including assembling and directing consultant teams, which has enabled Castlerock to achieve significant milestones. These include buildings with Green Star certifications, 6-Star NABERS energy ratings, and soon the successful delivery of carbon-neutral assets.

In addition to his technical expertise, Aaron is committed to creating and leading high-performance teams. By fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation, he ensures that every project team is aligned with Castlerock’s core values and high-performance objectives.

Since joining Castlerock in 2009, Aaron has led the completion of over 35 new buildings and numerous fit outs and refurbishments, solidifying his role as a driving force behind Castlerock’s continued success in sustainable and high-performance building initiatives.

Michael Wilde has over 25 years of investment management, financial markets and accounting experience in the global real estate industry. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Castlerock Property Group in September 2024 and oversees the Groups finance, IT and HR functions.

Prior to joining Castlerock Property Group, Michael was Group Chief Financial Officer for 10 years at the ASX Listed Cromwell Property Group. During his tenure at Cromwell Property Group he was involved in growing the business to overseeing $12 billion of FUM located throughout Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Europe. Prior to his time at the Cromwell Property Group, Michael worked as an auditor at both PricewaterhouseCoopers and Pitcher Partners chartered accounting firms.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Science and is a member of the Chartered Accountants Institute of Australia and New Zealand as well as a member of the Governance Institute of Australia.

Naomi has been part of the Castlerock team for over 5 years. Leading the leasing and property management team, she is responsible for the property operations and fund income.

By ensuring that our properties continue to meet Tenant requirements, long term lease negotiations are facilitated providing security of tenure for our investors. As a Certified Practising Valuer and former State Government Accommodation Lease Manager, Naomi brings a depth of understanding of value drivers and Government leasing needs. Having undergone 25 Government office Rental Determinations, Naomi has extensive market rental knowledge.

With a passion for continual learning, development and research, Naomi enjoys adapting and evolving to deliver
for our clients; and supporting our high performing team to further develop their skills and meet our collective goals.

David has over 20 years of experience in the property and construction industries, bringing a range of specialist skills to his role as Senior Development Manager at Castlerock Property. He is a passionate and pragmatic manager with broad experience in project and development management, having successfully managed a variety of projects across the commercial, education, retail, residential, industrial, health and hospitality/leisure sectors.

David effectively manages the acquisition, conversion, and delivery of Castlerock’s portfolio of development projects, ensuring performance metrics are met whilst delivering a high-quality project to the end user.

David holds a Bachelor of Civil & Structural Engineering (Honours) and has previously served as a member of the Property Council Australia’s Future Trends & Innovations Committee and Sustainable Development Committee.

Jordan Pradolin has been with Castlerock Property as a Junior Development Manager for close to 2 years. His key role focuses on new site acquisitions, tendering for new project opportunities, planning permit management, detailed design management and tenant management through the construction period.

Jordan is a people person who thrives on building positive working relationships with all stakeholders involved with Castlerock projects. Recently, Jordan has been involved with the completion of the Frankston Office Project, and involvement with commencement of the Townsville Office Development; both key assets for the Castlerock Government Fund.

Jordan brings a positive attitude to his daily tasks and is eager to learn and provide value at each step of the way. Some personal interests for Jordan include scuba diving, swimming and spending quality time with family and friends.

Laura has been an integral part of the Castlerock team since 2021 and is known for her positive and proactive approach. She plays a pivotal role in shaping Castlerock’s strategic communications and fostering strong lasting relationships with investors and stakeholders.

With expertise in corporate communications, media relations, and stakeholder engagement, Laura ensures Castlerock’s vision and achievements are effectively communicated. She leads key aspects of marketing and content initiatives, crafting compelling narratives that showcase Castlerock’s leadership in sustainable and innovative commercial property development, strengthening brand positioning and audience engagement.

Pat joined Castlerock in 2024 and plays a key role in shaping the national distribution strategy. His responsibilities include fostering new partnerships across the Financial Advisor, Private Wealth, Family Office, and Institutional market segments, as well as strengthening relationships with leading national research houses and asset consultants.

Before joining Castlerock, Pat held senior business development and partnership roles at MLC, BT, AMP and ING, following an early career in accounting with Goldman Sachs JB Were and Accru.

Passionate about understanding the needs of investors and intermediary partners alike, Pat leverages this insight to drive capital raising initiatives, propelling Castlerock into its next phase of growth.

Elizabet joined Castlerock in November 2020. A dynamic and goal-oriented professional, she brings strong strategic planning and organisational skills to her role as ESG Manager.

She is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s ESG strategies, with a focus on integrating ESG core pillars into business operations across various divisions within the company.

She also ensures regulatory compliance and drives initiatives that enhance Castlerock’s sustainability and social responsibility efforts. Elizabet has extensive experience in facilities management and quality management systems, demonstrating a high level of adaptability and collaboration in diverse environments.

Catherine joined Castlerock in 2023 as a Portfolio Manager within the Leasing team, where she plays a pivotal role in driving the profitable performance of the national property portfolio. With a sharp focus on managing leases, financial performance, and maintaining strong local market knowledge, Catherine ensures that our properties remain competitive and successful.

Starting in 2016 in the development team, Kim assisted with new project opportunities. After returning from maternity leave, she transitioned to the portfolio management team.

With a positive attitude and hands-on approach, Kim is dedicated to problem solving and always striving to improve.

Sefanie is an Office Administrator with experience in events, hospitality, and media. After working at Castlerock for almost a year, she has gained experience in managing office operations and logistics, bringing a friendly, efficient approach to her work. Outside of the office, Sefanie enjoys travel, hiking, and exploring cafes.

Diana has been with Castlerock since December 2022.

With proven expertise in accounts payables, receivables, bank reconciliations, reimbursements, and financial analysis, she streamlines processes to support business success.

In her role, Diana efficiently manages financial operations by processing payables, receivables, and reimbursements while performing bank reconciliations. Her meticulous approach ensures timely, accurate reporting and effective resolution of stakeholder queries. Continuously refining her written and verbal communication skills, she sets measurable targets—such as enhancing independent financial reporting, reducing aged receivables, and streamlining month-end payment cycles- to drive improved operational performance.

With over 10 years of experience, Christy plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. Her responsibilities include managing financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting, and ensuring statutory compliance, including supporting annual and outgoing audits. She also oversees lease administration and manages the AP/AR officer, ensuring smooth accounts payable and receivable functions, along with the bank reconciliations and reimbursement processes.

Christy partners with both the leasing and facility management departments, providing valuable financial insights and support. Her expertise and leadership are integral to maintaining financial integrity and supporting the company’s growth.

For 15 years, Dianne has been a cornerstone of our accounts team, bringing unmatched dedication, expertise, and leadership. Her commitment to excellence and passion for her work have played a pivotal role in Castlerock’s success.

Responsible for our corporate business, Dianne’s many & varied duties include financial reporting & budgeting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and administering our Cheops Construction software. Never one to mince words, she is always ready to lend a hand and to offer insights and lessons gained across many industries over a long period of time.

Dianne’s contributions extend beyond her professional achievements—she is a valued colleague and friend. Her positivity, collaborative spirit, and problem-solving skills set her apart. An avid AFL supporter she can be found most weekends supporting her beloved Blues from the stands.

Tanja joined the Castlerock finance team in 2022 and in her current role as Senior Accountant her primary focus is managing the trust accounting for our two major Funds: the Castlerock Services Australia Fund and the Castlerock Government Property Fund. Tanja holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting, as well as a CPA qualification.

Tanja previously worked at ASX-listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) Growthpoint Properties and brings a wealth of property knowledge and expertise to our team.

In her role, Tanja is responsible for forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and managing the audits of our major Funds under management. Tanja is dedicated to ensuring the accuracy of forecasting and reporting processes, as well as providing cost control for the funds to help them achieve maximum success. Additionally, Tanja manages the reconciliation and allotment process for the capital raising of the Castlerock Government Property Fund.

Tanja's strengths lie in her meticulous attention to detail and her ability to continually improve our processes, helping to maintain high performance for the funds. Her dedication to accuracy and her comprehensive understanding of financial processes make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Mark has been part of the Castlerock finance team since 2016 and in his current role as Group Financial Controller he oversees both the Trust and Corporate Accounting functions. Mark has over 20 years of global working experience, which spans banking, insurance, retail, construction, development, property management and funds management. Prior to joining Castlerock Mark spent 7 years at one of Australia’s leading retail groups, the Just Group.

Mark oversees the budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting and external audits, making sure they are completed on time and to a high standard. Along with the finance function, Mark also manages our external IT providers, internal systems administration and fund-raising reporting and compliance. Mark has contributed to maintaining a great culture within Castlerock and has received multiple awards for working in line with the company’s values which were for showing genuine care and respect.

A compassionate leader, Mark uses a collaborative approach to foster a strong team environment, enabling the finance team to achieve its goals and support the company's overall strategic objectives.

Max is an accomplished Construction Manager with extensive experience in project delivery across various asset classes. In his current role, Max focuses on overseeing project delivery and driving operational improvements within the construction team. He also provides valuable support to the development team, contributing to both current projects and future opportunities.

Max cares about the growth and development of his team members, enjoying seeing their growth as they tackle and accomplish new challenges. He finds great satisfaction in seeing the tangible outcomes of their collective efforts.

Adi joined Castlerock in January 2025 and brings a wealth of experience in delivering high-profile construction projects on time and within budget. Adi oversees all phases of construction projects, from initial planning and budgeting to execution and final delivery. Beginning his career as a Contracts Administrator, Kevin has steadily advanced to the position of Contracts Manager, contributing significantly to the company’s success through expert project delivery, cost planning, and budgeting.

In his current role, Kevin manages the complete lifecycle of contracts, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Working closely with the Construction team, he oversees the commercial aspects of each project, optimizing execution processes to align with client and stakeholder expectations.

As a results-oriented leader, Kevin is dedicated to maintaining high standards in project management and contract administration and thrives to inspire the team with his commitment to excellence and ability to navigate complex challenges with ease, ensuring ongoing growth and success at Castlerock.

Aaron has been with been with Castlerock since September 2023 and has been a key contributor to the team’s success. As an assistant project manager, he brings a wealth of construction experience making significant contributions to the successful delivery of our recently completed Frankston development.

With over Six years of experience working on high-pressure building projects, he has seen his role evolve from a site engineer to an assistant project manager, taking on increasing responsibility for the project management of façade and services packages. This experience has honed his ability to manage multiple aspects of a project while maintaining a focus on cost, quality and timelines.

A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, he fosters effective collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards. His dedication to precision and project excellence makes him a vital part of our construction team.

Ram Nayak is a Junior Contracts Administrator at Castlerock Property, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep passion for the property industry.

With three years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the construction sector, Ram holds a bachelor's degree in architecture, allowing him to integrate design and planning principles into his current role. He is further advancing his expertise by pursuing a Master’s in Property.

Ram is committed to applying his extensive knowledge of the built environment to foster the growth of the property fund and ensure the efficient and effective execution of its projects, contributing to the long-term success of Castlerock Property.

Courtney has been with Castlerock since 2022, beginning her journey as the Office Administrator before moving into her current role within the Construction team as a Project Coordinator.

During this time she has contributed to 11 projects, including the recently completed Frankston state government build. A key responsibility Courtney is most proud of is ensuring compliance with Castlerock safety policies and procedures. Her role involves collaboration outside of the Construction team, often working closely with all other departments within Castlerock, in addition to communicating with our clients and managing trades on site.

Courtney is always looking for new challenges and seeks continuous improvement in her role to support the future growth of Castlerock.

Steven Moses joined us at the beginning of 2025 in the newly created role of Head of Facilities Management. Steven leads a national team of facilities professionals who deliver exceptional outcomes for our tenants and our investor clients.

In his role, Steven is responsible for setting the framework under which we provide Castlerock’s Facilities Management services. He manages our national capital expenditure, procurement, and maintenance activities. His background is firmly anchored in technical expertise and complimented by over two decades of leadership, strategy, relationship management and governance.

Steven has a passion for servant leadership and sets high standards for the individuals in his care. He works on the belief that leaders should hire good people and get out of their way.

With over 15 years of experience as a Facilities Manager and more than 25 years in the trade industry, Jason Deacon brings a wealth of expertise in HVAC refrigeration, plumbing, and mechanical plumbing.

His dual specialisations and hands-on experience make him a highly skilled leader in facility operations and maintenance.

For the past 3.5 years, Jason has been an integral part of Castlerock Property, overseeing daily operations across multiple sites in Western Australia, Northern Territory, and Queensland, including the company’s largest high-rise asset. He ensures seamless service delivery, efficiently manages tenant fit-out projects, and upholds the highest standards of operational excellence. His commitment to quality service fosters strong relationships between Castlerock and its government tenants, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Jason is passionate about delivering top-tier solutions, providing reliable, responsive support, and continuously improving facility operations. His extensive experience working in diverse and remote locations, including Papua New Guinea, Nauru, and the Solomon Islands, has further strengthened his adaptability and problem-solving skills.

Dedicated to both tenant satisfaction and the success of Castlerock, Jason takes pride in his role and remains committed to enhancing operational efficiencies and delivering outstanding service across all sites.

Lauren joined Castlerock in February 2024, initially taking on the Office Administration role. Since then, she has transitioned to the Facilities Management Team, where she currently serves as the Facilities Coordinator, overseeing our VIC/TAS portfolio.

With a background in Property Management, Lauren brings valuable experience and a keen understanding of the industry to her current role. She is dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation of facilities and providing exceptional support to our clients and team.

Grace is the Facilities Administrator within the Facilities Management team. She looks after all service contracts and administrative tasks to support our Facilities Managers to ensure all Castlerock properties are well managed.

Grace works with different stakeholders to guarantee our buildings are being taken care of by the best service providers, so our tenants are comfortable and well looked after.

Simon started as a contract administrator in the construction division of Castlerock in 2023 and has since progressed into a design-oriented role based on his observed strength.

Having an inquisitive and analytical mind, Simon has added value by being able to value manage the building design with input from consultants and subcontractors, making the overall building system more efficient and hence more economical. His uncompromising attention to detail has contributed to a thorough capture of required scope of works in the subcontracts, which greatly assisted with the successful delivery of the projects Simon has been involved in.

A sharp problem solver, a meticulous operator, Simon’s commitment to his role responsibilities has provided quality support to the core management of the team.

Colin Hoang has been an integral part of Castlerock for just over 2 years, bringing with him over 10 years of contract administration and construction knowledge. As a Senior Contract Administrator, Colin plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of contracts and the success of projects.

With experience across construction sectors such as residential, industrial, commercial, and retail, Colin’s expertise is invaluable to Castlerock. He focuses on integrating software and construction programs, helping to pioneer and polish these processes within the team. Known for his strong relationships with subcontractors, Colin ensures sustained partnerships and efficient project delivery. His natural leadership skills and willingness to provide guidance while embracing different approaches make him a key asset to the company.

Hayley Fantuz is a dedicated Project Coordinator known for her exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to continuous learning.

Hayley began her career with a leading civil and mining firm, quickly distinguishing herself through her effective problem-solving, strategic planning, and ability to multitask. Working closely with project managers, clients, and contractors, she consistently delivers projects on time and within budget.

Her extensive experience includes projects across civil engineering, mining, quarrying, and construction sectors. Hayley excels in scheduling, procurement, logistics, and budgeting, significantly contributing to notable projects such as: the construction of a two-storey office building for Telstra in Townsville, the redevelopment of Jezzine Barracks in Townsville along with implementing innovative project management tools that enhance team collaboration and project efficiency

His meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach has significantly enhanced safety across the construction, rail, energy, and engineering sectors.

Andrew began his career in domestic housing, accumulating 15 years of experience before transitioning to commercial construction as a labourer and Health and Safety Representative (HSR). During this time, he earned Certificates III & IV in Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and acquired various High-Risk Licences, including Dogman, Scaffolding, Forklift, Elevated Work Platform (EWP), and Electrical Spotter.

Throughout his career, Andrew has collaborated with Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies on medium-rise projects and solar farms across Victoria. His expertise spans hazard identification, incident investigation, compliance auditing, and conducting over 200 comprehensive safety audits, ensuring adherence to both local and international safety standards.

Andrew maintains an active on-site presence, consistently promoting compliance and reducing workplace injuries. He has successfully assisted Castlerock with Federal Safety Accreditation audits and consults closely with stakeholders to deliver injury-free projects.

Believing that safety is a collective responsibility, Andrew emphasises fostering a positive safety culture through effective communication and collaboration. He actively participates in community outreach by conducting safety workshops in schools, promoting wider safety awareness.
